Overview
We are seeking a bold, data-savvy Vice President of Human Resources who brings a powerful mix of people leadership, business acumen, and AI-powered transformation skills for our business client. In this strategic role, you will drive innovation across the HR function, lead enterprise initiatives that enable scalable talent strategy, and operationalize AI technologies that elevate employee experience, engagement, and effectiveness. As VP of HR, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team—responsible for ensuring people strategy aligns with organizational goals and that our workforce is future-ready, inclusive, and digitally enabled.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR strategies that support business growth, agility, and talent optimization.
• Serve as a senior advisor to executives and business leaders on workforce planning, org design, succession, and change management.
• Align HR initiatives with corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational metrics using data and automation.
AI Integration & Digital Enablement
• Oversee implementation of AI tools across HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, and compliance.
• Ensure ethical, bias-mitigated use of AI tools and collaborate with IT, Legal, and Data teams to establish AI governance.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve HR service delivery, employee support, and decision-making speed.
People Analytics & Data Strategy
• Develop and lead a data-driven approach to workforce insights—using AI-enhanced dashboards and predictive analytics.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to model workforce capacity, skills gaps, labor cost trends, and attrition risk.
• Drive KPIs and reporting for diversity, equity, engagement, retention, and organizational health.
Talent Strategy & Capability Building
• Build an AI-powered talent pipeline strategy, leveraging intelligent sourcing tools and skill-based hiring frameworks.
• Lead leadership development, internal mobility, and succession planning using talent intelligence platforms.
• Integrate AI-driven learning platforms to personalize upskilling and promote career development.
Culture, Inclusion & Change Management
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace culture using digital sentiment and feedback tools.
• Champion DEIB initiatives supported by AI insights into representation, bias, and experience gaps.
• Lead change management initiatives tied to business transformation, M&A, restructuring, or new tech adoption.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Optimize HR operations through automation, streamlined workflows, and next-gen HRIS integrations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and emerging AI legislation (e.g., EEOC guidelines, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Manage vendor relationships for AI, HR tech, and people analytics platforms.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 3–5 years at a senior management or VP level.
· Track record of successfully implementing or overseeing HR digital transformation and AI tools.
· Strong understanding of the evolving HR tech landscape and AI’s role in workforce strategy.
