Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Manager with AI skills to lead and innovate across people operations for our business client. This role is ideal for an HR professional who understands the fundamentals of employee lifecycle management and embraces the use of artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and create a data-driven HR strategy. As a key partner to leadership, you'll drive initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement—while integrating AI tools and analytics to scale and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
• Design and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs
• Partner with department heads to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate business strategies into HR plans with measurable outcomes

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., ATS with predictive analytics) to source and assess top talent
• Develop pipelines for critical roles using smart sourcing and automation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define success profiles and optimize selection processes

AI Integration & HR Technology
• Implement or enhance HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management platforms with AI capabilities
• Use generative AI to create HR content (e.g., job descriptions, training outlines, policy drafts)
• Analyze people data using AI-driven dashboards to support leadership decisions

Performance Management & L&D
• Oversee goal-setting, check-ins, and performance review cycles using tech-forward platforms
• Use AI tools to personalize learning paths and optimize training effectiveness
• Recommend upskilling and reskilling strategies based on predictive analytics

Employee Engagement & Culture
• Drive engagement strategies informed by sentiment analysis, pulse surveys, and behavioral insights
• Promote a culture of innovation, psychological safety, and continuous feedback
• Develop communication strategies using AI to increase transparency and alignment

Compliance, Ethics, and Risk Management
• Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC)
• Use AI to flag anomalies or trends related to employee relations, attendance, or compliance risks
• Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and ethical use of employee data and AI tools

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·         6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

·         Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing AI/automation in HR functions

·         Hands-on experience with at least one HR tech stack (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Lever, Greenhouse)

·         Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices

 ·        Strategic mindset with analytical aptitude

·         Tech-savvy and eager to innovate

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Agile, change-oriented, and growth-focused
