Overview
We are seeking a visionary HR Director with AI skills to lead the human resources function for our business client through the next evolution of digital and organizational transformation. This role blends high-level strategic oversight with hands-on innovation—integrating artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to build scalable, inclusive, and high-impact people practices. As a senior leader, you will manage core HR operations while accelerating the adoption of intelligent systems that modernize how they attract, retain, and develop talent. You’ll guide a team of HR professionals, partner with the executive team, and serve as a catalyst for change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
• Design and drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives
• Advise the C-suite on workforce planning, culture development, and organizational design
• Serve as a key voice in business planning, mergers/acquisitions, succession strategy, and risk mitigation

AI and HR Technology Integration
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions for talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and workforce analytics
• Champion the responsible and ethical use of AI in HR, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance
• Use generative AI to accelerate executive communication, knowledge management, and internal HR content creation

People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making
• Lead the development of HR dashboards and predictive models to track KPIs like attrition, engagement, DEI metrics, and internal mobility
• Leverage tools to deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Use data storytelling to shape board-level presentations and guide strategic investments in people initiatives

Talent & Culture Stewardship
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and adaptive workplace culture
• Oversee leadership development programs and succession planning with AI-supported learning platforms and digital assessments
• Ensure alignment of culture with employer branding and employee value proposition

Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance
• Optimize people processes using automation, chatbots, and intelligent workflows
• Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and system implementations

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)

·         8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role

·         Proven track record leading strategic HR initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

·         Hands-on experience implementing or managing AI tools within HR functions

·         Strong knowledge of employment law, ethics, and workforce compliance

·         Strategic and systems-level thinker with strong business acumen

·         Inspirational leader and change agent

·         Executive presence and influential communicator

·         Data-driven, innovation-oriented, and results-focused
