Overview
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with experience integrating AI-driven solutions into modern HR practices for our business client. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive the development of a forward-thinking workforce strategy, leveraging data, automation, and ethical AI to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and agile organization. This role is ideal for a senior HR executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and culture, and who can align human capital with future-of-work trends and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Define and lead the end-to-end people strategy across all HR functions
• Advise the CEO, executive team, and Board on workforce issues, succession planning, and organizational growth.
• Build HR’s brand as a strategic partner and innovation driver throughout the enterprise.

AI & Digital Transformation
• Lead the adoption and ethical deployment of AI across HR functions—such as talent intelligence, generative AI for internal communication, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Champion responsible AI principles (bias mitigation, fairness, transparency, and data ethics) in collaboration with IT and legal teams.
• Oversee transformation initiatives that blend digital tools and human judgment to elevate employee experience and operational efficiency.

People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence
• Establish enterprise-wide people analytics strategies using AI-enhanced dashboards and predictive models.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making, workforce planning, and DEIB tracking.
• Promote a data-driven HR culture by upskilling HR leaders and integrating intelligent reporting systems.

Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
• Drive agile workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent marketplaces with AI-enabled platforms.
• Oversee executive development, career pathing, and succession planning powered by skills-based assessments and learning ecosystems.
• Ensure the organization is future-ready by proactively addressing skills gaps, engagement, and emerging workforce trends.

Culture, Change & Inclusion
• Foster an inclusive, values-driven culture that embraces continuous learning, psychological safety, and accountability.
• Lead change management initiatives using AI-powered sentiment analysis and listening tools to monitor and improve culture health.
• Collaborate with business units to embed DEI into systems, practices, and leadership behaviors.

Operational Excellence
• Ensure scalable HR operations using automation, intelligent workflows, and integrated HRIS/AI systems
• Manage risk and compliance in a global regulatory environment—including AI-related legislation, employment law, and labor relations.
• Optimize the HR tech stack for adoption, performance, and ROI.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's, MBA, or JD preferred.

·         12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive (VP/CHRO) level.

·         Deep understanding of AI technologies and their strategic application across the HR function.

·         Proven success in leading enterprise-wide people transformation, organizational design, and C-level partnership.

·         Experience managing global or multi-state workforces, compliance environments, and remote/hybrid models.

·         Executive presence and cross-functional influence

·         Systems thinking and strategic agility

·         Inclusive and emotionally intelligent leadership

·         Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities

·         Change agent with a bias for action
